The S-5-KHD Clamp stands for Klip-Rib® Heavy Duty. It can be used for new construction but can also be retrofitted for some applications. For existing construction – the S-5-KHD 3″ insert available - slides into the rib at the eave. For new construction – the S-5-KHD 6″ insert available - installed as the roof goes on. KHD fits the very distinctive profiles of the Lysaght® Klip-Lok 406, McElroy Mirage, Metal Sales Clip-Loc and AEP Span Klip-Rib®.
