When should stainless steel SnoRod™ be used rather than aluminum?

The SnoRail and SnoFence systems accept ⅜” diameter rods. S-5! does not offer rod, but our Authorized Distributors do. While the aluminum rod may be offered by some distributors, the stainless steel SnoRod is the only material recommended by S-5! for these systems.

The stainless SnoRod is inserted through the S-5-ASF clamps, placing it just above the panel seams. Add a second SnoRod through the SnoPosts for a SnoFence system.
